1) Payment for the total course is due at or before the first lesson; 2) A notice of 24 hours is required to cancel an individual lesson; otherwise, the lesson time will be charged; 3) Partial refunds for courses cancelled by the student may be given on a case-by-case basis, and if requested in writing within 45 days of the start of the one-on-one course; 4) Courses expire one calendar year from the date of payment.
